I am a wife of 35 years, a mom of three amazing children, and a GRANDMA to four precious grandchildren. My grandchildren are the reason I do this work. I want to be able to keep up with them and see them grow up, get married, and have babies.

My journey started about five years ago. I was in pain all the time and having severe menopausal symptoms. The pain moved from my back, to my hip, to my knee. It was getting to the point that I had to sit down to put on my socks and shoes, and that scared me. If 50 looked like that, what was 80 going to look like?

My chiropractor, who is a functional medicine doctor, eventually told me during a visit that this wasn’t normal and that I didn’t have to be in pain all the time. She ran some tests and discovered I had leaky gut and adrenal stress. Through improved food choices and supplementation, I was pain free within just a couple of weeks!

At that point I knew I had to empower other women like myself to RECLAIM their health.

As women, we are taught that hormonal and gut issues like fatigue, bad periods, bloating, gas, indigestion, weight gain or loss, PMS, hot flashes, low libido, and other issues are normal and to expect them as we age.

I am here to say that this is NOT normal and we do not have to suffer. It is my passion to teach other women that with the right mindset, food choices, movement, and a little help from supplements on occasion we can live a vibrant life full of energy and vitality at any age.

My Philosophy of Care

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), I believe in a holistic and individualized approach to health and wellness. I address five foundational aspects of health: digestion, blood sugar regulation, fatty acid balance, mineral balance, and hydration. My mission is to help you determine the best and most sustainable way to nourish your body. This is NOT a diet, but a way of life.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

Prior to our first meeting, you will fill out detailed health history and lifestyle forms. We will go over them in the initial session and together come up with a comprehensive plan of action to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Over the course of the program, I will provide accountability and support via in-person or video meetings, email, and/or text.
