I’ve been in the fitness and nutrition industry since 1999, which has given me a deep understanding of how bodies change over time especially through stress, hormones, and midlife transitions.
Earlier in my career, I spent years in competitive fitness. That experience taught me discipline and structure but it also showed me how damaging extreme dieting, overtraining, and all-or-nothing thinking can be long-term. Today, my coaching reflects what actually works and lasts.
